Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and name through Google OAuth. We do not have access to your Google password.

Usage Data

We collect anonymized usage data to improve our service, including feature usage patterns and error reports. This data does not contain any meeting content.

Meeting Content

Important: Your meeting audio, transcripts, and summaries are processed and stored locally on your device. We do not have access to, collect, or store any of your meeting content on our servers.

Data Storage and Security

Your meeting data is encrypted and stored locally on your device using industry-standard encryption (SQLCipher). The encryption key is stored securely in your operating system's keychain.

Account data stored on our servers is protected using encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

Google OAuth: For authentication
AI Services: For transcription and summarization (processed via our backend API)

When you use AI features, audio is streamed to our backend which then communicates with AI providers. We do not store this audio data.

Children's Privacy

Our service is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
