By accessing or using Coadeo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Coadeo is a desktop application that provides real-time meeting transcription, AI-powered summaries, and intelligent assistance features. The Service requires an internet connection for AI features and account management.

3. Account Registration

To use Coadeo, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Coadeo offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase for annual subscriptions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Record conversations without proper consent where required by law
Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile the software
Share your account credentials with others
Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Recording Consent

Important: You are solely responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to record and transcribe meetings in accordance with applicable laws. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent for recording conversations. Coadeo is not responsible for your compliance with recording laws.

7. Intellectual Property

The Coadeo application, including its code, design, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal or business purposes.

Your meeting content remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over your transcripts, summaries, or other content generated from your meetings.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY ACCURATE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COADEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service. You may also delete your account at any time through the application settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the application. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law
